Answer 1: It is common to feel significant pressure on the soles of your feet during initial use. To build tolerance, we recommend wearing thick socks or clean shoes at first, then gradually transitioning to barefoot use as your feet adjust to the reflexology points.

Question 2: What should I do if the mat has a strong odor or if some stones fall off?
Answer 2: Due to the rubber material and sealed transportation, a slight odor is normal; simply place the mat in a ventilated area for a few days to clear it. If any massage stones detach, they are designed to be easily reinstalled by pressing them back into their designated spots.
